This is the second pre-owned Jeep I've purchased from this dealer. Negotiated a decent price, although if you want the vehicle you have to purchase both the LoJack and Protection packages. To setup the LoJack, apparently you need a pin or something to be able to setup/access the LoJack account. Three messages left with the receptionist (who said she would forward them to finance), a text message to the sales manager (he and I had been texting during our negotiating), and finally a call and talked to my sales person. More than a week after purchasing the vehicle, still no "pin" number or whatever I need. Then within 2 days of purchase I had to replace the main battery. Still hoping that they will reach out and provide some after sales customer assistance. More

Micheal was knowledgeable, and friendly and helped us narrow down our choices and decide on which vehicle would best fit our needs. Leith ran numbers and ensured the payment would fit our budget before we'd even seen the vehicles, which had them ready when it came time to sign.
