This was a great car buying experience. Kendall and Tyler were great with the inventory, sale, process, information, etc. They were very friendly and quick to respond. Mike was amazing and helped out in so many ways. He made the car buying process quick and painless. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I found the Jeep I wanted online and set up an appointment with Garrett, being from Grand Junction I couldn't get there for a few day but was planning a trip to Denver anyway coming weekend. This is the first car I have ever purchased and I was extreamly happy with the service I recieved. Garrett wasn't to pushy and didn't treat me like I didn't know anything because I was a female. I couldn't be happier with my Jeep and the customer service I received with Stevinson Toyota. I will be back when I am looking for another car. Thanks again!!!

In reading the other dealer reviews posted on this site, I agree with the many positive comments expressed on behalf of Garrett's service and that of the dealership in general. As a first-time car buyer in Colorado, though, I have to express my disappointment with the $499 handling fee that was revealed only during my meeting with the finance manager. Whether or not this is a standard industry practice in this state, as was expressed to me during the finance meeting, it compromised my otherwise exemplary experience with Stevinson Toyota. The dealer handling fee is comparable to the resort fees imposed in recent years by hotels in Las Vegas - an indefensible cash grab.

I was extremely nervous about buying a car. I assumed my experience would be horrific and deceitful. I was really not expecting to actually enjoy my time at the dealership. I felt welcome the moment I stepped in and never felt that people were talking down to me, as I don't know much about cars. Everything was explained thoroughly which made me confident in my purchase.

I just wrote a very long review and web site kicked me out, so this is going to be short. Denny and Tom were great! Tom initially helped us. Very nice, knowledgeable and "not pushy". Denny went over everything with me before leaving, radio, phone etc. He was great!
Michael helped us with financing. Very efficient, painless process.
Would definitely recommend.

All three of these Stevinson employees were on the ball!! Kendall, Tyler, and Michael worked in an efficient manner to pair me up with the perfect car for my needs. They were highly knowledgable on the various options regarding car models and financing. Overall, great experience :)

I can definitely rate this dealership as great customer service, and friendliness. The only thing what needs to be improved is, to make customers more comfortable in case of financial issues, provide more information about how to make deal more profitable. More customers will prefer and choose your dealership if this will take a place.

We had a great experience purchasing our first Toyota vehicle. Sam was very helpful, as was Michael. WE came in to exchange our Ford F150 and we were offered a fair value for the trade in. Meanwhile, your team was able to provide us with additional incentives that he;p us feel like we were receiving genuine care and consideration.
