class act Benzel Busch sales and service are always the epitome of class....it is worth the drive.....Having dealt with Chris Eiseman previously for service on Benzel Busch sales and service are always the epitome of class....it is worth the drive.....Having dealt with Chris Eiseman previously for service on my sl was always a satisfactory experience....I popped in for the answer to a question on my new amg gt roadster and he quickly called a service tech and my question was answered....it took a couple of months before making this purchase...the sales team always greeted us with a smile, answered questions with an offer of coffee and a pleasant experience...and finally the day of purchase and my amg gt roadster is home More

very good service the people who work there are very friendly and helpful, the waiting area was clean and the complimentary coffee, bagels were great! The only downside the people who work there are very friendly and helpful, the waiting area was clean and the complimentary coffee, bagels were great! The only downside would be the wait time, we expected a maximum of 1hr but we ended up waiting 1hr 30. other than that it was a great experience and we will definitely be back! More

Very disappointing experience This is an update on my original review. After leasing my C300 I found out that I was lied to by the sales person Mike and the dealership as to the f This is an update on my original review. After leasing my C300 I found out that I was lied to by the sales person Mike and the dealership as to the future availability of the car I was actually looking for. I guess it truly is buyer beware and shame on me for thinking there was a trust factor since this was the third car I was leasing from the dealership and the salesperson. I spoke to the general manager Joe and he offered me dinner to fix "the problem". I requested to exchange the car for one that had the options I originally requested and was lied to about. He said he would look into what he could do and get back to me. I asked to speak to an owner and was rudely told that they do not talk to customers that is why they hired him. I waited for a return call and never received one. I reached out to our sale person just to get texts messages that he was waiting for Joe the GM to get back to him. After 2 weeks of trying and numerous text messages I gave up. I am one very unhappy Mercedes Benz customer. I have been lied to by two Benzel Busch employees and when they were asked to make good on their deception both ignored me. I felt like a valued customer during my first 2 lease experiences at Benzel Busch. I guess the dealerships standards and values have changed over the past 6 years because I feel like I was deceived and hustled into buying a vehicle because someone needed to make a quota. Just remember when shopping here.... buyer beware. More

Great service, great dealer I was looking for an E-300. I went to Benzel-Busch and met Michael Ehrlich. Michael was extremely patient and extremely knowledgeable about the car. T I was looking for an E-300. I went to Benzel-Busch and met Michael Ehrlich. Michael was extremely patient and extremely knowledgeable about the car. There was no "game playing". We got the number and there was no pressure to buy now. A major difference from other competitor dealerships I went too. The Finance Manager Stacey Fowler was also great. We were in and out quickly and took the car home same day. You can buy a car from any dealership. For me it's all about the relationship with my sales associate and Michael was top notch all the way. If you're in the market for a new Mercedes, I highly recommend Michael. More
