Phil did a great job helping find inventory that was even better than what we had hoped for and at a price we agreed was reasonable, given current market conditions. Jared was informative and brought some much-needed comedy throughout the financing process and I was impressed that he provided a thumb-drive with our documents rather than a mountain of paperwork. Even the young lady behind the cashier's desk was incredibly helpful in helping me figure out how to work a coffee machine I've never seen before! We were also impressed with the Recon team's work in getting our new Sorento all polished up for delivery. Will gladly continue doing business with Deland Kia when our oldest is ready for her first car! More
