Had to reschedule because a loaner would not be available for the first day . Week later no call dropped off auto and no rental again. Good Service center reception is excellent. It is the shop that is the problem. Clearing codes and not actually fixing the problem so you have to keep coming back again and again for the same i It is the shop that is the problem. Fixed one issue. Didn't fix the other issue but I was still charged for it. Michael Knight agreed to discount by $50. That was helpful but I would have rated the experience and Michael with a 5 if I was not charged for the reset of my TPMS since the attempted reset didn't eliminate the dashboard warning. More
