However, Subaru of Jacksonville is the best when it comes to service on vehicles. I just got my studs replaced there and it wasn’t the first time, so the team over there, specifically Dan, Gabe, and Mike M, really helped me out and was extremely friendly with the whole thing, 100% would recommend this dealership. More

Great customer service! I brought my 2002 Subaru WRX in for an oil change without an appt. Dan greeted me, I told him what I needed he said no problem. I said joking "And you I brought my 2002 Subaru WRX in for an oil change without an appt. Dan greeted me, I told him what I needed he said no problem. I said joking "And you can give it a bath" As I waited for my car they had cold drinks and snacks at no charge in the waiting area. When my car was done I went to pay and saw my car had been detailed! What a surprise! It looked great! Thank you to Dan, Gabe and Mike M. for a job well done. Well worth the drive from St. Augustine. More

Service - 1st Visit - Exceptional Bought a 2019 Outback that came with the two year service coverage. First time visit ever and set a 7:30am appointment to get it out of the way and j Bought a 2019 Outback that came with the two year service coverage. First time visit ever and set a 7:30am appointment to get it out of the way and just in case it took longer as I had no idea what to expect. They advised 45 minutes upon arrival, for a 6,000 mile service (oil change, tire rotation, visual inspection, and, a car wash), came out at 8:15am, showed me the inspection form and went over it, they reminded me it's got synthetic oil in it and to stick with that should I go elsewhere, and I was on my way. It can't get any easier than that. More
