I am an out of state buyer. I live 4.5 hours from the dealership. I contacted the assistant sales manager about two cars that were off-lease. I planned to drive down on a Friday night, stay at a nearby dealership. I contacted the assistant sales manager about two cars that were off-lease. I planned to drive down on a Friday night, stay at a nearby hotel, and buy the car and return home the next morning. On Friday 6/26, I emailed and asked if the cars were available and if they would be ready. I was told they would be ready. My e-mail the previous day indicated I intended to take the car home the next day. I arrived Saturday morning, and as soon as I saw the first car, it was evident it was nowhere near being ready. It hadn’t even been detailed. The second car was the same. Our salesperson said they would have to go through the certification process and be detailed. There was also work that needed to be done in order to meet the CPO criteria. He said it would likely take a week to have one ready. I don’t appreciate being misled/lied to. I drove home empty handed and had to make a return trip for the car. I was disappointed at the lack of integrity and competence of the manager. He admitted he hadn’t even looked at the cars when I called that Friday to check on them. If I had only driven across town, I wouldn’t be so irritated, but I specifically checked before making the 4.5 hour drive. My experience was extremely disappointing. No representative of this dealership apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience. The used car salesperson stereotype is alive and well at Audi Dallas. More

I did NOT expect to leave with my new car. I indicated my cost goal pretty early and Jaramy came back with a counter, pretty close 2 what I wanted 2 pay and Done. I have purchased many vehicles on my own and cost goal pretty early and Jaramy came back with a counter, pretty close 2 what I wanted 2 pay and Done. I have purchased many vehicles on my own and Dallas Audi has, by far been the best car buying experience, hands down. I am happy 2 be driving Audi #3! Everyone I met was welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. Thanks sooooo much! More
