3rd Car in 3 Years! I recently purchased my third used car from Tasca in three years. The first two were for my two boys--this one was for me! Michael Mulbah sold us al I recently purchased my third used car from Tasca in three years. The first two were for my two boys--this one was for me! Michael Mulbah sold us all three. Mike is very professional, always on top of things, and is truly committed to providing outstanding customer service. I didn't hesitate to call Mike for my recent purchase. I'm pleased with the fairness of the vehicle's price... and I'm very pleased with Mike's focus to ensure that the entire purchase process (and pick-up) would be flawless. Eva Bickford (Finance) also waited on me and my two sons in all three purchases. Eva pays attention to every detail... and she explains everything at your pace, not hers. Very above board and a pleasure to work with. Ford.com says that there are 17 other dealerships closer to me than Tasca. I only visit Tasca. (I'm not implying other things about the other dealerships). It's just that the Tasca family runs THE MOST outstanding shop in the Northeast. I never need to consider going anywhere else. Kudos!... A+! More

It was great as always. I called when I saw that my display showed that my AWD was not working and that I needed to call for service. Even though I could have driven my car, I called when I saw that my display showed that my AWD was not working and that I needed to call for service. Even though I could have driven my car, Mike Mulbah called his service department and got an appointment the next morning. I brought my car in early the next day and Ed on the service desk promptly processed all the necessary paperwork and brought me the the car loaner area where I got a car to use until my car was fixed. A couple of hours later Ed called me to say that my car was repaired and ready to be picked up. I would recommend Tasca's sales and service without hesitation. More

Bob Tasca is right! I am satisfied! Michael Mulbah was outstanding to work with. He is knowledgeable, fun, energetic and a true gentleman. Buying a new (used) car is not something the av Michael Mulbah was outstanding to work with. He is knowledgeable, fun, energetic and a true gentleman. Buying a new (used) car is not something the average individual does everyday, and there's a certain level of discomfort because as a consumer, we always feel like car dealers are taking advantage of people. But this was not the case at all dealing with Mike. He was more than willing to show me the car I went in to see, but he also recommended another car that I had not seen before. I ended up buying the Ford Fusion instead of the Honda Civic. The last time I bought a new car at another dealership, I left the dealership feeling like I was pushed towards a specific car and the color was really not my first choice, but while I was still considering which color I wanted, the salesman had the car he wanted to sell me cleaned and ready to go. I felt I couldn't say no at that point, so I took the car. This was not the case at all at Tasca. Mike did not pressure us in anyway to buy one over the other, he just pointed out the differences between the two and allowed us all the time we needed to make our own decision. The result is that when i get in my new Ford Fusion, I feel really good about being in there. I feel like I took that car I wanted, instead of the car the dealer wanted to sell me. Shame on the other dealer! Hats off to Tasca and the Mike team. I say the Mike team, because the other Mike B in finance is awesome too. I am really pleased with our purchase, and I wanted to thank Mike for being kind to my mother as well. Even though there was no communication between them, because my mom does not speak English, Mike went out of his way to welcome her and make her feel like she was included in every aspect of the transaction. Mike Mulbah is a true asset to your organization, I will take you up on that offer to have the car washed from time to time Mike, but for now I am still learning what all of those buttons on the dashboard are for.
