Lou walked me through the process taking his time to explain everything to me including my options for financing the car. Paper work is always a PIA for me, but Lou made it simple and did so in a very timely fashion! When we were ready to pick up the car, Lou explained all of the cars details and even hooked up my phone! I can't thank you enough for making this a pleasant experience!
