The tech in charge of my vehicle made me buy a battery and then said that my van still wouldn't star and that he need it to run some additional test costing me around $1500 just to figure out how to start and then said that my van still wouldn't star and that he need it to run some additional test costing me around $1500 just to figure out how to start my van . I didn't accept and send a tow truck to pick it up. When the driver gets there he put the key in and turn on the van to put it in the flat bed and my van turns on ok. So I called Michael and asked me why the tech lied he said he will look into it and call me back. It's been a couple of weeks and I'm still waiting. So that tells me that Stingray service dept is a ripoff,trying to overcharge the customers. More

Micheal was very professional and he did try to get me out the door in a timely matter. They had a 100 customers that day. And techs out. He knew I had a 4 hr drive home. So, I felt like he was trying to out the door in a timely matter. They had a 100 customers that day. And techs out. He knew I had a 4 hr drive home. So, I felt like he was trying to get me out the door. But, I feel like his techs let him down maybe by rushing through the job. I had to return my car 2 more times for something minor. That could of been caught if the tech would of slow down and make sure everything was secure. Thank you again Micheal and Stingray for helping me get back on the road. ( As your customer service receptionist that I delt with was Amazing! She went above and beyond. Thank you ma’am) More
