Great place for purchasing and service! I highly recommend this dealership. They are friendly and helpful but not high pressure! This is my second experience with purchasing from this deal I highly recommend this dealership. They are friendly and helpful but not high pressure! This is my second experience with purchasing from this dealership, and I plan to continue buying and receiving service from them. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions and be helpful. The service department makes it easy and pleasant to schedule and come in for servicing. The salesman was a pleasure to do business with. He was very informative about the vehicles and the technology and was able to answer our questions, and he truly listened to us and our needs. More

1st Time Buyer Staff was great (especially Mike). No pressure, laid back atmosphere is what I enjoyed most. Mike answered all questions in detail and we got a deal Staff was great (especially Mike). No pressure, laid back atmosphere is what I enjoyed most. Mike answered all questions in detail and we got a deal worked out in no time at all and I was on the road. He was very genuine and helpful. I live south of London and tried to do business close to home but Gates Nissan and staff made me glad I came to Richmond. Kathy was also very helpful in the service department and I plan on returning here for my service needs. More

Didn't know what I wanted Michael was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I told him what was important to me in a vehicle & the purpose for a new vehicle was dependabl Michael was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I told him what was important to me in a vehicle & the purpose for a new vehicle was dependable, certain safety features & gas mileage. He explained the different features on the vehicles (cars & crossovers/suvs) and I was able to decide on a Rogue. I was used to driving a bigger suv (Tahoe) but wanted/needed something smaller & cheaper on gas. Very pleased w/ my decision and appreciate all the help Michael provided. More

Michael Statham, Professional and Trustworthy Salesman! I gave Gates Nissan a FIVE STAR rating for many reasons. It all started with Michael, my salesman. I had Been without a car for five months. I spoke I gave Gates Nissan a FIVE STAR rating for many reasons. It all started with Michael, my salesman. I had Been without a car for five months. I spoke with Four dealerships in Lexington and I was very disappointed in each of their follow up to the questions I had. From the first conversation I had with Michael, I knew this was going to be different. I explained to Michael, I didn't have a car and would need a ride to Gates Nissan which is thirty minutes from where I live. No problem, he confirmed the night before that he would pick us up at 8am the next day. Michael was there at 8am and it was smooth sailing. Michael listened to my daughter and I. We told him what I needed in my new Nissan? I'm a sales Rep for KY and WVA. My car is my second home. This was going to be my 10th Nissan purchase and it turned out to be the best of my life. From the first time I got in the drivers seat, I knew the 2017 Sentra was my car. It had everything I wanted and needed in a car and nothing I didn't. Michael explained everything about my new Sentra and even set my phone up for "hands free driving". Michael, was a professional from the first phone call and through the entire process. He followed up after the sale to see if my daughter and I had any questions he could answer. Do yourself a favor. If you need a new car, call Michael at Gates Nissan, you'll be glad you did. More

Very good and efficient Everyone was very friendly and service was quick. It was my first service on our 2016 rogue. Washed and cleaned even though it was a rainy day. Was surprised that it used the 30 service points that was given at time of purchase. In today's market a lot of dealerships are giving a minimum of 2 years free service and lots of them are giving lifetime free oil changes. However was satisfied with the service's I received. More
