Ok, I admit that I am relatively new to the car sales profession. I owned my own business for over 40 years that provided the used auto and truck parts (cores) that auto parts remanufacturers used in their daily operation. I had trucks that covered an area of over 250 miles from Pittsburgh buying these parts from car dealers, repair shops, auto dismantlers, and fleets. I had a staff of people that sorted and shipped the parts all over the world. When I closed my business in January of 2016, I decided to sell vehicles that had the parts that I was unable to sell due to no demand. I chose this dealer based on its reputation and the rest is history. MY PHILOSOPHY IS TREAT EVERYONE THE WAY I WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED. Great First Experience My salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions and spent as much time as I needed. Customer focused would be a good My salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions and spent as much time as I needed. Customer focused would be a good way to describe how he worked with me across different days with different steps of the purchase. He also explained how to use all the features so I was familiar with the car during the test drive and again before driving it home. While working with the financial department, I can say similar things about how smoothly the process went. I was pleased in my first car buying experience. More

I did purchase the Rav4 and he set up an appointment with financial dept and everything went very smoothly. Would recommend him as contact person to friends. More

Great Customer Service We "found" this dealership by accident. We were looking for a used car for my son at a nearby dealership and were disappointed. We looked online and We "found" this dealership by accident. We were looking for a used car for my son at a nearby dealership and were disappointed. We looked online and found this one. Mike Tell greeted us. He went above and beyond to show us the used and new inventory. He went over all the warranties and services and left us with all the information that we needed. We didn't feel pressured and Mike was available by cell if we had more questions. My son bought a new car the following week. (3 months ago) When I needed a car there was no doubt where I'd be going, back to Toyota if Greensburg and Mike Tell. I was not disappointed. I brought my new baby home last week. More

She answered all of my questions, made all of the paperwork effortless, phoned me the evening I purchased my new vehicle to make sure I was happy with everything, all while dealing with a broken arm!! First Toyota Experience Buying a new car is a very stressful experience, but my salesperson, Mr. Tell, helped considerably with alleviating that stress. I absolutely did not feel the unwanted pressure that I have experienced elsewhere. Because he took the time, I felt like a valued customer. I had purchased from Honda in the past and actually planned to buy another Honda. On a last-minute whim, I looked at Toyota. Mr. Tell made the whole experience much more pleasurable with his friendly and caring "roadside manner." Also, a manager named Peter was very friendly and considerate, asking if he could get anything for me. If you want a pleasurable experience with no BS, Greensburg Toyota is the place for you. More
