He took the time to make sure that all of my questions were answered before I left. He introduced me to the service manager, and helped me to schedule my first service appt. The financial woman, Tammy, was very helpful, courteous, and made the paperwork go smoothly. I am impressed with the dealership. Clean, comfortable , nice accommodations. A great experience from a great sales person Michael Tell) I started out the day thinking I would take a look at what the Toyota of Greensburg had to offer with Certified RAV4s. I wasn't expecting to purchase I started out the day thinking I would take a look at what the Toyota of Greensburg had to offer with Certified RAV4s. I wasn't expecting to purchase a vehicle. The dealership is class AAAA with sales, service, and putting the customer first. As soon as I walked in, I noticed Michael Tell asking us if he could help us after 1st checking with the other sales people. He turned our day of talking, answering questions, test driving, explaining the mechanics of the car's exterior & interior features with great ease. Michael even visited us while we sat in the waiting room for financing just to talk and even took the time to show how my phone sync's up to bluetooth after I closed the deal. I cant say enough how important it is to be treated with kindness, respect, friendly, outgoing, non-aggressive, and very knowledgeable about the product he sells. Michael is all of these and makes you feel like you have known him for years by the end of the day. I truly appreciate doing business with men like him at a class place such as Toyota of Greensburg. More
