Worked with Mike at Heritage in Parkville. We were looking to trade in my wife’s Kia lease, and his level of service was impeccable. Oddly enough, we couldn’t trade our lease in with them, whi We were looking to trade in my wife’s Kia lease, and his level of service was impeccable. Oddly enough, we couldn’t trade our lease in with them, which I thought would’ve been the end of the conversation. Instead, Mike spent time with us and actually found a way for us to get the best deal, and go in the direction that made the most sense for our situation. Definitely went above and beyond.
