We purchased a Sequoia over the weekend, and it was probably the best experience we've ever had at a dealership. I spoke with Miguel through email and a phone call beforehand, and he even went above an probably the best experience we've ever had at a dealership. We knew exactly what we wanted, and he did not try to pressure or upsell us or talk us out of what we were looking for. Overall, it was a great experience. We will return to this dealership when we are ready to buy our next truck. Miguel and everyone we spoke with were nice, attentive, and very personable. That makes a huge difference for us: we don't like to go into places that feel uptight. Personalities can sometimes make or break a deal, and in our experience at Pat Lobb, everything worked out very well for us. More

Purchased a vehicle through Miguel and was very pleased with his service until the vehicle started having troubles shortly after the purchase. Did not return my voicmails and when I finally got in touch, h with his service until the vehicle started having troubles shortly after the purchase. Did not return my voicmails and when I finally got in touch, he spoke over me, raised his voice at me, and stated he would not be able to assist me because he is just the sales guy. As much as I would like to refer him and say good things, dealing with Miguel after the sale was completed was a very different and telling experience. In my opinion, I would highly recommend purchasing through anyone but him due to his unprofessional, bordeline hostile behavior. More

Christian and Miguel were great to work with and were super helpful. However, after the purchase they said they were taking the vehicle hack for “detail”. My vehicle came back with the same trash in it t super helpful. However, after the purchase they said they were taking the vehicle hack for “detail”. My vehicle came back with the same trash in it that was in there when I test drove it, it was still super dirty and looks like the wash didn’t clean it all and the inside had shoe marks everywhere. Maybe im just picky but when I spend alot of money on a vehicle, I expect it to be throughly clean when I drive off the lot with it. More
