I had amazing help from Deborah and the service department really helped me but the overall experience I’ve had over the last two years dealing with KIA and this terrible engine in my car has been department really helped me but the overall experience I’ve had over the last two years dealing with KIA and this terrible engine in my car has been the worst experience ever. I’ve owned three KIAs and this KIA has just been lots of problems, plus the KIA service manager called me and blamed everything on me and read me reports like a child it was very unprofessional when I have owned three KIA’s. I am glad to get a new engine especially with paying to fix stuff for the last two years and breaking down several times, having to get my car towed several times but now it feels like there’s a light at the end of the tunnel and I appreciate the help from Deborah but again my overall experience with KIA the last two years has been terrible because of the engine failure ✅ More
