Miguel was our salesperson, showed our son a variety of vehicles in his price range. Even though our son is only 20, he went above and beyond and explained the details and the sales process carefully to him with as much respect and regard as a much older customer might expect. Ruben and Deanna assisted in finalizing the financing and insurance details and gave good advice and made the buying process a pleasure. From Kurt the owner stopping in to the rest of the team, we felt like they were dealing with us the way they would deal with family. The staff stayed late to complete the last minute details too, making sure we were taken care of. We never felt pressured and the whole process was very straight forward and pleasant. One side note, the vehicle, a 2012 LaCrosse, developed a floppy visor a few days later and the service team took care of the issue, no questions asked. A class act all around! This will be our first choice for future vehicle purchases and we highly recommend Marquardt Buick-GMC for anyone in the market for a new or used car. More

We came in with our two small children at 5:30pm and not only did the dealership have a great kids play section but Miguel, Dave & Patrick knew we needed them to make this process quick, we were done by 6:30pm. We rarely post reviews but the level of customer service we received while at Marquardt of Barrington was outstanding and deserves to be recognized. If you are looking to buy a new vehicle make sure you buy it from Miguel or Dave! They are amazing humans and you will walk away feeling confident you made the right decision. I had an emergency problem with my Buick Enclave early in the morning before 8 am. My wife needs this car in the afternoon to pick up 4 grand kids. I called in and made contact with Jill Long and Justin Salvadalena. I needed to have a loaner and get the car serviced. They made certain that this happened and I had my car towed and received a loaner to take care of the grand kid situation. I got my car back the next day. They went beyond what I would expect from a dealership to make me a satisfied customer. They are just outstanding to work with.
