This is the 6th car that I have purchased from HCVCN and Patti Young facilitated each transaction. Patti is very knowledgeable about the product she sells and she believes in the product as well. I appreciate what she goes through to make sure I am happy with the car. From the task of getting the car out of the pen, getting it detailed, gassed/charged, explaining the options and going on the test drive to facilitating the financial aspect. Andrew was professional and fair with my trade and Michael explained what the other dealer was offering which was not what I was eligible for. Nick was very cordial and accommodating when we came in to see Patti. Vanta in Finance was excellent. She knew right away what I always purchased for warranty extras and actually steered me in a better direction.
