I am now the proud owner of my 3rd Lexus, Mike was able to get me into a brand new vehicle, he was patient, friendly & accomodating. I like the product & the presentation, Stevinson Lexus does an incredible job of conveying the level of service that far exceeds most car brands & dealerships. We have purchased 5 cars from Mike in the last 13 years. Let me say it was not because of the price...a fair one but we certainly could have spent less on another make/model. No, we go to Mike and Stevensen Lexus becuase of their unparrelled courtesy, friendliness and extreme service! And Mike is the furthest from the "slick-haired" pushy salesman! He is a great listener and patient. He goes out of his way to quarantee our satisfaction and ensure our buying experience is pleasurable!
Please give Mike a chance...you will be happy you did!

We had a really positive experience at Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood! The value was good, and the staff was professional. They have been very generous with gifts thanking us for purchasing with them. Mike was very knowledgable and down-to-earth. He was courteous without being condescensing. The only downside we experienced was when we went back to sign the financial paperwork and some of the the other salesman were being rather unprofessional and rude. We highly recommend Mike!

This is the second new vehicle we've purchased from Mike at Stevinson Lexus. He's professional, friendly and works hard to find the car perfectly to your liking. Even though it was his day off, Mike returned all phone calls and correspondences immediately. The day we picked up the vehicle he spent 90 minutes with us making sure we understood how everything worked. Clearly he has an in depth knowledge of the vehicles he sells. My Review of Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood:
Mike Burgmaier from Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood is the most professional dealer representative we know. He is absolutly incredible with his knowledge and expertise and always goes the extra mile to make our family feel important and special. We have leased/purchased 5 lexus models from Mike and would not consider working with anyone other than him and Stevinson Lexus.

The service team provides concierge treatment which allows us to get in and out with minimal disrutions to our day. It is actually more like visiting a first class hotel then it is a auto shop. The customer waiting area is better than any Starbucks and the food and drink options make any slight delay a pleasurable expereince.

Once I had a flat tire on our LX 470 and Mike's road service team, true to form, came to our rescue. The courtesy roadside service was fast, effecient and extremely helpful.

We are sincerly grateful to Mike and his team of Lexus professionals for all the care, treatment and pampered service we receive.

I literally went to over 25 dealership-both Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, and Jeep-looking for the right fit. Mike walked me through all of the positives of buying a Lexus and was very friendly in his approach. I didn't feel pushed into anything and know that I made the right pick because of it. I have since taken it back for service and they have been just as friendly.

Mike helped me find the perfect vehicle to fit my needs. And, the price was $1,500.00 less than that of the other dealer I had gotten a quote from.
