My husband and I had visited a dealership in Orlando to buy a used Highlander. After the test drive we decided we wanted to buy it, we realized they had tacked on $8000 in dealers fees. After trying to negotiate and dealing with their very rude and condescending sales people we decided to leave. We drove to Toyota of Melbourne just to see what vehicles they had on their lot. We met Michael Durkin he was fabulous. Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful and understood our negative experience at the other dealer. He made us an offer we couldn't refuse and we bought a used highlander from him. He was very professional and has even helped us after the sale. I highly recommend him and Toyota of Melbourne. More
