Flood Ford East Greenwich is one of the most despicable and worst dealerships I've ever been to. You can show me “numbers,” call it a true invoice, and say that's what you pay for it. You act as if I've never heard of OH&P or ROI, and like there is always a flip side. Then not giving me anything for trade, is outrageous when the median average for my car would net you profit and act as positive equity for me to get into your car which adds as a tally for you, by making money on selling me a Ford while making money on my car. Although you wouldn't make over 10% and that is greed. Anyone can do business with whom they want, though I’d proclaim anyone in #rhodeisland to stay clear of this dealership. More

I was extremely impressed with his team. They worked very hard in getting the buyback done asap. I never went without a rental (pickup). I love my new truck. John in service was FANTASTIC from day one. Joe Bessette and Liz also helped out tremendously. I told Joe Pezza what I needed for a rate to keep in in house and he made it happen. I would 100% recommend Flood Ford. More
