This is my 5th. Ford purchase from the Ford location. Everyone involved in both the purchase and inquries leading up to my purchase were fantastic to work with. I would recommend Flood Ford to all my family and friends. I have to also say that the Service department is the BEST.

My Review of Flood Ford of East Greenwich:
After an earlier visit to this dealership more than a year ago, when we could not strike a deal, I left feeling good about Flood Ford and Ken Wylie, due to his professionalism and courtesy. Visits to other dealers, including Ford dealers in Rhode Island, had left a bad taste in my mouth. This time, we were able to reach a deal quickly; and I sought out Mr. Wylie, specifically because of his way of dealing with customers as intelligent human beings, not just as a "mark" or a "target". Mr. Wylie represents Flood Ford and Ford Motor Company very effectively.

They were very easy to deal with and very professional. My salesman had me test drive all of the models that I was interested in so that I could see the difference. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. This is the first Ford I have ever purchased, but if the car lives up to my expectations, it will not be my last. Flood Ford made my car buying experience a great one!

Buying a new Ford at Flood was the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience that I ever had. There was no pressure, and once John understood what we were looking for, he had the perfect vehicle for us. He helped us to get all the discounts that we qualified for and we ended up getting a great deal. I would definitely go back for my next vehicle, and highly recommend Flood Ford to others.

Ken Wylie, our sales consultant, is the best! He had the answers to all our questions and did his homework. Ken knows his stuff. Although he was so crazy busy with the "Cash for Clunkers" chaos going on, he still gave us his undivided attention with a smile and gave us all the time we needed. We will refer all potential customers to Ken. He made the process so easy and fun. Great job, Ken!

Hooray for "Cash for Clunkers"! We were not in the market to purchase a new car for another year or two at the earliest. (And our Jeeps are both 10+ years old!) This deal was too good to pass up and motivated us to take the plunge. We're so happy we did. We love our new Fusion! At last check she was delivering 28.4 mpg and drives like a dream. Great job, Ford!

We'll be back to Flood Ford for our next vehicle purchase!
