Staff is nice. They did give a fair trade in for my car. Not happy that over a week after purchase, loan payoff has still not been made. This has been a horrible experience. Two major auto repairs required in the last three months on one of our family autos and was misquoted on one of the repairs by Todd (service advisor) Two major auto repairs required in the last three months on one of our family autos and was misquoted on one of the repairs by Todd (service advisor). On a separate family auto, Mike (service manager) tried to charge me for repairs that were not my responsibility so Gary Burton (GM) got that taken care of at their expense. They have had my daughter's car for 16 days and was promised to get it back 6 days ago. They are in receipt of all the parts. Insurance had to get involved and insurance appraisal calculated 5.0 mechanical labor hours to take it apart and put it back together but now I'm being told by Gary Burton (GM) that is going to take 12-14 hours to put it back together. That doesn't even compute because I don't know of any other industry, including this one, that works for free! If it was going to take that many hours to put it back together, they would have charged for it to my insurance company so even though he claims to not be a liar, it sure seems far fetched to me. When calling to speak with service manager, he dodges the calls and "is at lunch" or "gone for the day." Service advisor claims he is aware of the problem but won't return a voicemail! The customer service in the service department is less than adequate. They tried to charge me on previous repairs for items they should not and then overcharged for other parts. I see that they pull this stuff on previous customers with the same issues. Angela D on 9/6/22 documented a 1 star review for the exact same issue as we did. Front sensor needed calibrated and they had to take the entire front end apart to reach the "bent" bracket for replacement and here we are still waiting 16 days later which is my daughter's sole source of transportation. They have no urgency and seeing similar complaints on the same issue makes we wander if we truly have any issues with our car or are they making something up to justify a great big whole service bill! More
