Great ! I and the other 3 customers I was with in the waiting area, all had a great experience with Lou our service adviser. I have experience with auto dea I and the other 3 customers I was with in the waiting area, all had a great experience with Lou our service adviser. I have experience with auto dealerships throughout New England from the smallest to the Largest from the most basic an no amenities to the most luxurious and filled with amenities and free meals and services dealerships and Gervais Ford is my favorite of them all. My opinion is not because it is my local Ford Dealer but because of the Ownership and the Team they maintain. This is why Gervais Ford remains in our community when other dealerships have disappeared or were absorbed by mega superstores. Thank you Gervais Ford and the Gervais Family. More

Extended Warranty. Well, at only 30K on my 2013 Explorer Sport, the PTU seems to be leaking. I have a Premium extended warrantee that I got from Gervais which approved Well, at only 30K on my 2013 Explorer Sport, the PTU seems to be leaking. I have a Premium extended warrantee that I got from Gervais which approved the repair at no cost to me. Part is on order and when it comes in--we do the fix.. I encourage everyone that plans to keep a vehicle past the original warrantee to get an extended warrantee as some repairs can cost you big bucks otherwise. I buy vehicles, drive them off the lot, keep them for 15--20 years (until they are worn out) then have the junkyard come over and take them away.. I still have 31K and/or 4 years left on my warrantee. More

Tire rotation is part of "The Works" package and is a valuable extra. They troubleshooted an inoperative headlight and replaced the headlight socket that was the cause of the malfunction at a small, very reasonable service and parts charge. Very refreshing after I was soaked at another (not Ford) dealer for $60 to replace an ordinary tail light bulb. More

Mike SAVED the (Scary) Day for me! We were 5 hrs from home and 3 hrs from our destination when the icon for "Service Engine Soon" light came on! We learned we were about 15 minutes fro We were 5 hrs from home and 3 hrs from our destination when the icon for "Service Engine Soon" light came on! We learned we were about 15 minutes from Gervais Ford in Ayer, MA. When I called, Mike, in the Service Department encouraged us to come on in, and he'd take care of us. That he did! He immediately put the instrument on my 2014 Fusion, determined the problem, solved the problem, and sent us on our SAFE way to our destination. It had been a scary situation for me, not knowing if I should even drive w/that iron illuminated! Mike (Gould) was professional, knew his business, and very calming! I commended Mike to Dean, the Service Manager, and we were so very appreciative of how well we were treated! In NO time, we were safely on our way. Exceptional Service!!
