My Review of Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett:
I spotted a beautiful car online and went to the Hennessey Lexus dealership to check the car out. We braced ourselves for a bad experience.
When we arrived, we were introduced to Mike Harris, the salesman who would help us. Let me tell you about Mike. He was friendly, helpful, and not at all pushy. Neither was anyone! This experience was so rare, we were taken aback. In every other car dealership we ever visited, we had to "escape by the skin of our teeth" because the salesmen were "vultures" in their approach. But not Mike.
In fact, when we left the dealership (I didn't buy the car on that visit), I went back to work and waited for the antics to start - I waited for the phone to ring, but it never did. I was even more confused because I just knew Mike would call trying to pressure me into buying that car. But it never happened.
While on vacation the next week, I called Mike asking about the car again, and he helped me through the entire buying process "over the phone". He took the bull by the horns and helped me make the deal.
When we went to pick up the car, the entire staff was so friendly and helpful.
I still cannot believe the incredible experience we had, a one of a kind. All the staff at Hennessey should be applauded for standing out as different. They really do care for the customer, and it definitely show.
I will be back.......
