The best response to any inquiry came from Andy Hicks at Carter Chevorlet in Okarche, OK. One didn't respond to my offer and the other was borderline rude. My trip to Okarche was great and my car buying experience fairly stress free. Andy was great and friendly and while we waited for financing to be process they treated us to a fried chicken dinner at Eischen's, that alone was worth the trip. I am very happy with my purchase. More

Best experience at a dealer period! We live an hour and half away from the dealership and I spoke with the Sales manager through text all day to find the right vehicle for me and to get We live an hour and half away from the dealership and I spoke with the Sales manager through text all day to find the right vehicle for me and to get approved for financing before I drove my family all the way there. Once I got there everyone was friendly and they had the vehicle already pulled up and ready for my family to test drive. They literally have the best deals around and treat us like long lost friends. They genuinely wanted to get to know us not just to make a sale but to make life long customers. If you want the easiest experience buying a car buy from Carter’s. They have my business now and in the future. More

Nice people I had been looking for a 2013 suburban for a few months but I couldn't find one I felt comfortable about. So I started looking at expeditions. I found I had been looking for a 2013 suburban for a few months but I couldn't find one I felt comfortable about. So I started looking at expeditions. I found a good deal on one at this dealership. I test drove it and it was ok. Jason taylor was my salesman and told me they had a 2015 suburban. So I drove it and liked it more than the expedition. Started paperwork. But it wasnt coming into budget so we tried a 2017 with a few more miles and with a few less features. The poor finance guy had to redo the paperwork a few times because we ended up deciding to go with our out of state bank. They made it a pleasant experience and I felt respected. Which didn't happen at some of the other dealerships I had visited. Especially since it was the first time I have bought a car without my husband in over 15years. They weren't pushy. And I felt like what I wanted in a vehicle was actually a priority and they weren't just trying to push something on me. Mike bubb that showed me how to work the features was very helpful as well since I'm not very good with technology. More
