To be treated in a respectful manner as a fellow human being and paying customer; 2. For the dealership to hold to what they say in terms of estimated cost and estimated time for repair; 3. A reasonable price (coupons ROCK!) Each time I have been to the service center at Les Stanford Cadillac, I have received all three, so this is MY dealership. Not only will they continue to service my current vehicle, but in a year from now (once this car is paid off), I will also give their sales center an opportunity as I'm seriously thinking about being brand-loyal now! Way to go, Les Stanford service team!!!! More

I felt like I hit the lottery I say that because in all the years I have purchased cars I never met a sales person go out of their way that ours did! Our car had been shipped in f I say that because in all the years I have purchased cars I never met a sales person go out of their way that ours did! Our car had been shipped in from New.York and came with a plate on the front bumper. I wasn't thrilled with that but we really wanted that particular car. Michelle Sladovich took it upon herself to choose a chrome Cadillac vanity plate and put it on the front bumper. WOW! It was truly the icing on the cake. Les Stanford Cadillac can take great pleasure in knowing that Michelle Sladovich has their back. More

Worst dealership ever Purchased my Cadillac out of the show room only to find out that my wheels have hubcaps. Went in for my 1st oil change it took them almost 2 hours. Th Purchased my Cadillac out of the show room only to find out that my wheels have hubcaps. Went in for my 1st oil change it took them almost 2 hours. The service personal looked at my hubcap he couldn't believe it. He said they must of overlooked it. Never going back!!!! More
