Listened to my concerns and even though I was with my brother, he directed all sales conversation directly to me as the buyer. As a woman, that is not the norm unfortunately. When they were unable to locate a match for what I wanted in the five state area, he found one that was on order and secured a 2018 for me. Even though there was about a six week wait, he kept me in the communication loop every step of the way. When I picked up my new car Mike did a great job of training me and setting up a lot of things for me. Nick was friendly and efficiently helped handle all the transfer info and payout processing. Could not be happier about the whole experience. More

When we sat down to talk he explained the features of the car I had expressed interest in and when I didn't understand something he very graciously went back over the details again. When we were working out a day and time to do the test drive he even offered to come in on his day off. Just knowing that he was willing to do that meant a lot to me. I would work with him anytime that I need a car and would recommend him to anyone else who is looking for a great salesman. More
