My name is Mike Rakowski. I am a Senior Audi Brand Specialist / Fleet Specialist at Audi Coral Springs. I am originally from Toronto, Canada. I went to Northwood University in West Palm Beach Florida to pursue a degree in the Automotive Business. My time in Florida was supposed to be for 9 months (one semester) as the Canadian Automotive School I attended has an agreement to finish at Northwood. Essentially I jumped right to my senior year. I have now been living here in Florida for well over a decade, I never went back! After graduating in 2004 with my Bachelors of Business Administration majoring in Automotive Marketing/Management I started with Audi. I have been at this dealership ever since. I am proud to be a part of the team at Audi Coral Springs, and the Audi Brand. I look forward to many great years of continued growth into the future.

After test driving the vehicle I wanted twice and trying to negotiate with a dealership my local area (DC/MD/VA), I went online to expand my car search. My nationwide car hunt led me to Geno Walsh at Audi to negotiate with a dealership my local area (DC/MD/VA), I went online to expand my car search. My nationwide car hunt led me to Geno Walsh at Audi Coral Springs. Mr. Walsh was the first to respond to my online inquiry. He was direct and professional (traits I admire!) and referred me to work directly with Mike Rakowski on the sale of my vehicle...and boy was I in for a treat! I knew what I wanted and Audi Coral Springs had the best price. Mr. Rakowski worked with me to put together a deal in a day! By the time we were done talking, I had a plane ticket to fly to FL the very next day. Mr. Rakowski met me at the airport in Ft. Lauderdale and even stopped so that I could pick up lunch on the way back to the dealership (as I hadn't eaten anything all morning). After lunch, he showed me the details of the car and we went for a test drive (just to ensure that everything was ok). During the test drive, Mr. Rakowski showed me things about the car that even the other dealer in MD didn't know about when I asked! He then walked me through all the options for the vehicle and then I went over to Mr. Jim Philips the Finance manager. He also demonstrated professionalism and walked me through the financial details of the deal. He had every paper ready for explanation and signature. All of the guys demonstrated enthusiasm and professionalism...the entire team! There wasn't a weak link among them. I mean one day I was TALKING about getting an Audi and by the next afternoon I'd flown over several states and drove off the lot with a new vehicle. While many things could have gone wrong...nothing did! Talk about a great experience and it's all because I dealt with seasoned professionals. I have nothing but good things to say about this sales team who knows how to get it done! Thanks for a great experience and I love my new Audi! More

I have been buying vehicles for over 20 years, and this was, by far, my best car purchasing experience. No haggling. Geno Walsh, the sales manager greeted me first. He quickly pinpointed my needs within my budget and narrowed down the choices of vehicle. Then, he introduced me to Mike Rakowski who was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, and took me on several test drives so I could make a fully informed decision. Once I decided on what I wanted to purchase, Mike and Geno gave me several pricing options and Audi Coral Springs had an incredible inventory on hand, so the exact vehicle I wanted was ready within an hour. I then met Tony Carenza in the financing department and the usual issues that come up when finalizing the deal never materialized. In fact, the experience was quite the opposite. No pressure to purchase any add-ons and Tony was quick to get me through the paperwork processing and on my way with my new Audi. I highly recommend Audi Coral Springs for anyone in the market for a new vehicle. The professionalism, courtesy, honesty and genuine sense that my needs and issues were of utmost importance was a "breathe of fresh air" in the otherwise rough experience associated with buying a car. My first Audi and first experience at Coral Springs Audi was when a friend of mine decided to get his A4 cab traded in for an A5. I had my eyes on an A6 for some time. When I stopped in to spend time with m was when a friend of mine decided to get his A4 cab traded in for an A5. I had my eyes on an A6 for some time. When I stopped in to spend time with my friend, I talked to Gina about a pre-owned one on the lot. She took me out for a test drive. I enjoyed it very much. Gina was very helpful, however it just wasn't meant to be. Several weekends later while out shopping with other friends, I decided to stop by again this time to check out a new S4. We met Mike Rakowski on the show room floor when he greeted us. I suppose I had fallen in love with that gleaming Estoril Blue Crystal S4 just feet away from Mike's desk because I kept thinking about it while Mike spoke accolades about the car. It was clear he was more than a sales person, he's an owner, and a fan. We took an S4 out for a test drive fully loaded (including 4 friends). Mike's exceptional knowledge of the car enhanced my appreciation for Audi's technical advances. I understood (and felt) what he meant when the S4 changed characteristics between COMFORT and DYNAMIC modes. Mike's enthusiasm, the experience of the drive (under full load) and beauty of the design sold me. I also appreciated Mike's non-pressured approach. He was systematic and methodical. He worked not just with me, but with my friends/advisors who had come with me that day. I felt he genuinely wanted to ensure that I had a good experience. Mike also keeps in touch with me, ensuring that any questions were answered promptly. I really appreciated his relaxed, non-pressured demeanor, wealth of knowledge and genuine love for Audi cars. Although this was only my 2nd time purchasing a car at Audi Coral Springs, I was very surprised that EVERY salesperson I dealt with remembered me 2 years later. Mike Rakowski helped me with the purchase of my 2013 Audi A4. He is very knowledgeable and took into consideration everything I asked for before showing me cars. With that being said, he was able to put me into a car that I wanted and at an affordable price! I highly recommend if you are considering an Audi that you stop by and see him. More

I am about to purchase my 5th vehicle from Audi, through Mike, and based on the sales process during my first four purchases, I expect it to be stress-free. My last purchase was an A7 and although I had ord Mike, and based on the sales process during my first four purchases, I expect it to be stress-free. My last purchase was an A7 and although I had ordered an A8, Mike thought that I should at least consider the A7, based on what he knew about me and my driving preferences. It is not often that a sales exec will try to convince a customer to purchase a less expensive vehicle than the one he had already ordered. Must be the "nice Canadian" in him! Certainly a sign that he knew me as a customer and was more concerned with matching me with the correct vehicle. My RS5 arrives in a couple of weeks, so looking forward to a new driving experience. We were out of town internet buyers. Mike had more product knowledge that any other Audi sales person I had spoken to. He clearly knows his Audis and when he couldn't answer a technical point from mem product knowledge that any other Audi sales person I had spoken to. Mike was knowledgeable and curtious. He fully explained the A8 as well as possible in 3 hrs. I didn't plan on buying that day but his congenial approach and the dealerships crying need to sell a car by mo the A8 as well as possible in 3 hrs.
