great customer service I requested information via email ,and with in minutes got a reply from lauren , who kept in contact ,making a few suggestion ,base on my request ,fin I requested information via email ,and with in minutes got a reply from lauren , who kept in contact ,making a few suggestion ,base on my request ,finally i called and and made an appointment ,on my arrival to dealer ship a few days later ,i meet with Kevin Losee , who is very knowledgeable sales rep. who made my decision to make this purchase very easy ,Also mike , i call him the closer was remarkable , assisted with providing great advice in purchasing additional warranty ,this was the best car buying experience i had , would surely do business at this dealer ship again. More

The finance guy, Mike Caristo, did a good job adjusting my loan so the monthly payments wouldn't be too high. Steve, the Techie did a great job explaing the navigation system to me. And this may not have even taken place had it not been for Denise Renga who called me and let me know that the CPO vehicle I wanted was available. More
