Mike Rocchi at Faulkner Mazda

My experience was very good at the Trevose dealership. Larry and Mike were very helpful wtih picking the right car for me. I am very happy with my choice and the price was in the ballpark I needed. I would recommend Mike and Larry to my friends.

After 4 months of dealing and searching for a new MX5 from other car sites, all fell through as prices posted were increased once I showed up. One day, Mazda USA showed a car I wanted was shipped to Faulkner, so within a week of delivery I checked it out. Faulkner listed MSRP and was among the highest listed, not one I would have chosen on first pass, but I contacted Kim on a whim because of their reputation for customer service, and the price was much lower on first quote. Kim was very good with providing more vehicle details and photos all via email. Their website doesn't actually link the person mentioned but it seems to be a shared chat line, and once I got Mike Rocchi, who was very courteous to set up my test drive and visit. I came for a 30 min test drive and walk through with Renee, had a firm price in mind, spoke with Larry and in minutes we were at that price. The salespeople, manager and finance man Mike, were all very pleasant to deal with. I could drive the car out 1.5 hour later; everything was done. No gotchas, full disclosure by all before I met Mike, nothing unexpected. Many employees I dealt with were long 20+ year timers, tells me employees and customers are loyal [ the mojo in the place is RELAXED, compared to in-your-face salesmanship in many places], through all the economic turns, and other reviews elsewhere rate them as well too.

Mike Rocchi and his team put in the work to get my financing approved and in the car I wanted, where the other dealerships simply turned me away. I have to commend both Mike and his finance team for really going that extra mile. They may be a busy dealership, but that's a good thing. It means they're doing something right. Thanks a ton guys!

The purchasing experience with Mike Rocchi was pressure and hassle-free. He was down to earth, straight forward, and patient with us when we made our purchase at night, even staying late to address our questions and secure all the important details of our purchase. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I would not hesitate in recommending him to friends, family, and colleagues.

Okay so I'm 18 and I just started my career and I think to myself I'm going to need a reliable car, so I walked in to Faulkner Mazda and met Mike Rocchi so I'm thinking there is no way me an 18 yr old fresh out of HS is going to drive off this lot but mike made it happen. It took a few hours but that same night I pulled off the lot in a beautiful Saturn aura xe. He even had a few of his insurance contacts call me with better quotes than my original ones. He has exceptional skills, class, and is very expeditious with overcoming obstacles. He can find the perfect car to fit your financial and physical needs. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received from the Faulkner family and if you have any doubts about purchasing your next vehicle call Mike Rocchi over at Faulkner Mazda and he will take the weight off your shoulders literally.

I cannot say one bad thing about my experience with working with Mike Rocchi! This was my first car buying experience and had gone to a different Mazda dealership that almost made me go toward other car brand, but decided to try Faulkner Mazda before giving up. The moment I walked in and met Mike I felt comfortable. He understood what my financial needs were a found me the perfect 2012 Mazda3. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and even preset my favorite radio station before my test drive! That showed me that he was not just able to talk about the car, but also listen to the entire conversation we had over a three hour time. I will absolutely be recommending Mike to friends and family for their future car buying needs and probably be a repeat constomer in a few years!

Mike made this process really easy for me purchasing a car for the first time. He was easily accessible by phone and e-mail and didn't mind the walk ins to answer any other questions I had. Mike's very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I highly recommend him.

I must say, my experience with Faulkner Mazda was overall a great one!! I was recommended to Mike Roochi at Faulkner Mazda in Trevose by my boyfriend who had previously purchased a truck from Dealership. He raved on about what a great deal he got and how great the staff was. When my old car died on me I assumed I was in for a long, grueling, car shopping process. And then I met Mike! He was amazing! He worked with me on finding the car I wanted within my budget. He took the time to show me used vehicles in my price range and was not pushy at all! He was extremely knowledgeable and made the process very easy for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike and the staff at Faulkner to anyone!
