Made things right I had a visit with the service department and they ended up doing a bunch of work on a car that we bought a year ago.. 2014 Cruze.. Obviously the deal I had a visit with the service department and they ended up doing a bunch of work on a car that we bought a year ago.. 2014 Cruze.. Obviously the dealership and service department is a business and there to make money. It is very easy for a service department to give you the fear that your car needs all this work and how urgent it needs to be done and stretch the truth some to gain more business. I am not going into what upset me BUT when my concerns were brought to Mike Schilt, He was professional, nice and he got results right away.. He is fair.. I will come back and tell everyone else the same.. It is because of Mike.. They do good work but you really need a great manager to go to bat for you if needed. More

Came to fix something easy ended up with damage Came 5/29/19 to get rear wiper sprinkler fixed, wasn't spraying. Tech looked to see if he can fix it, could not. We discussed setting up appt with Ric Came 5/29/19 to get rear wiper sprinkler fixed, wasn't spraying. Tech looked to see if he can fix it, could not. We discussed setting up appt with Ricky (very nice guy), while I was in the office with Ricky the tech did something and windshield wiper fluid started to leak from the top inside the vehicle, part or ceiling is now blue. Then the tech decides to start pulling off the back plastic panels with a large screwdriver and plastic clips that hold it in-place started to brake. I asked if they will replace this part because I don't want broken pieces back in my car. I was cringing to see my $70K vehicle being treated like it's lawnmower. I spoke to Ricky that day and was told that they'll take care of it, and the manager will contact me and make it right. All I asked Ricky is to have someone who knows exactly what they are doing to fix my vehicle. After a couple days no-one contacted me, I called GM and received a call 5/31/19 from a Customer Experience manager name Mike, he asked to bring the car in and leave it there, I said that's not a problem at all but I may get a vehicle to drive while mine is being fixed since you guys caused this issue, Mike stated that he'll call me back. I have yet to receive another phone call from him or anyone else from Heritage Chevrolet. I called and asked for Mike to call me back on 6/14/19, no reply. I called today for Mike again and was told he'll call me back. Well it's been 4 hours and Mike is still hiding behind the phone. I didn't expect this kind of treatment of customers More

Above and beyond! Let me start by saying my first review wasn't so good. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication which resulted in poor customer service. Mike Schildt Jr reached out to me personally to apologized, he then offered to make things right so that I would come back and maybe feel differently about the customer service provided. I'm glad that I understand that no one is perfect some times things happen that are out of our control, and we all know when a customer is inconvenienced & angry there is nothing you can do to make them happy. Well I'm writing this review because Mike made things right for me! I dropped my vehicle off for oil change and the customer service provided was outstanding!!!Not only will I be coming back, I will defiantly recommend my friends, and family to this dealer as well! We all make mistakes but its how you correct it to make the customer feel appreciated and valued. More

Great Service experience I recently brought my truck in to be serviced. What I thought was a simple problem turned out to be service department's night mare as things kind of I recently brought my truck in to be serviced. What I thought was a simple problem turned out to be service department's night mare as things kind of snowballed. I was kept informed of the situation throughout the repair and Mike and Stephanie couldn't have been more helpful during the process and went above and beyond to ensure a good customer satisfaction experience. Car repairs can be extremely frustrating and stressful, but working with Mike and Stephanie was anything but frustrating and stressful. I would definitely go back to this dealer for service and, most definitely, recommend them. More
