I just picked up a 2017 Explorer on Jan 20. Mike Smith was my salesman. Honestly the best car purchase experience I've ever had. I live 4 hours from the dealership. Mike is a great guy and super easy to deal with and provided amazing communication with very detailed photos and constant updates. There was never the dreaded car salesman feeling dealing with him. Mike Smith and Oliver Mulchay made this the best experience for me in 35 years of buying a truck. I as in and out in 30 minutes with the truck of my dreams. It was time for us to trade but really didn’t look forward to the same old dog and pony show from past vehicle purchasing experiences. We drove two hours to see Mike and test drive a truck I liked on their lot. Wow! Mike was waiting on us and never once left us with unanswered questions. He knows the vehicles he represents and will make sure you are comfortable with all the technology offered on today’s vehicles. Mike was low pressure on us because I knew he was telling us the way it is with no sugar coating. I really didn’t expect to make a purchase. Not only did we purchase a new truck but we also found our go to dealership. The whole experience was a pleasure because of Mikes hospitality and attention to his customer. Thanks again Mike! More
