Very good The collision shop was great they fixed my car and then took it to service to have an oil leak fixed and the oil changed. That was above and beyond. Ripped me off by $90 replacing one windshield Nozzle. When i asked to replacement of two windshield, he Initially told $ 75 for both. After one replaced and handover me and said that one bad and other on When i asked to replacement of two windshield, he Initially told $ 75 for both. After one replaced and handover me and said that one bad and other one is good but when checked second was also bad and technician not even check for test. After given jeep back to them to check again he came to me said said they had only one is stock which they already replaced. Told me to come back after part will arrive next week and going to charge me again. Thats means in they have only one part and lied to me. More

Dick Scotts could not repair my vehicle Repair team just ran some diagnostic report and did not repair the vehicle for what I brought it in for. Totally waste of time and very much dis-satis Repair team just ran some diagnostic report and did not repair the vehicle for what I brought it in for. Totally waste of time and very much dis-satisfied. Service staff will never book a appointment, took 3 months to finally bring my vehicle in for a warranty repair and that too they said they did not have a rental car available. I wasted 3 days of back and forth visits with this dealership with no favorable outcome. More

Knowing this, how would you rate the experience? Service desk staff was pleasant however the vehicle didn't get washed as mentioned by desk clerk. My Dick Scott points/bucks (from original lease transaction back in January) were not in my account causing a delay. Also, the additional credits (given to me by Madisson in January) were not in my account either. At this point, I have no idea the value of these. An additional delay was caused while locating my keys after service. Knowing this, how would you rate the experience? More

Awesome service department! I brought my 2019 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk in for a recall, oil change, and tire rotation. It did not take long at all for them to do all of the servic I brought my 2019 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk in for a recall, oil change, and tire rotation. It did not take long at all for them to do all of the services and everyone was extremely helpful. Multiple people asked if I needed anything or a ride anywhere. Daryl Schou was very knowledgeable and answered many of my questions. More
