He took the time to investigate the situation, locate my vehicle, and provide a more accurate delivery timeline. He also acknowledged the inconvenience caused by the delays and lack of communication and offered several complimentary oil changes as a goodwill gesture. While the initial experience was frustrating and did not meet my expectations, I appreciate the manager's efforts to address the issue and work toward a resolution. In the end, the dealership was able to correct the situation and get me into my new Mazda. Now that everything has been resolved, I am enjoying my Mazda and am very happy with the vehicle itself. Although the process got off to a rough start, I believe it is important to recognize when a business takes responsibility and makes a genuine effort to make things right. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and, unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. The sales process itself took several hours due to what appeared to be inadequate staffin unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. After spending most of the day completing paperwork, I was informed that the vehicle I was purchasing was not actually on-site and would need to be delivered approximately two weeks later. Based on that timeline, my family and I arranged our schedules and transportation plans around the promised delivery date. When the delivery date arrived, I received no communication from the dealership regarding the status of my vehicle. As closing time approached, I had to call them myself, only to be told that the vehicle had not yet arrived but was expected later that day. After another day passed without delivery, I again had to call and was then informed that the delivery date was only a "target" date and that the actual arrival could vary by days or even weeks. This was never disclosed during the purchase process. Had I been given accurate expectations from the beginning, I could have made a more informed decision. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication, transparency, and accountability throughout the process. To date, no meaningful solution or compensation has been offered for the inconvenience caused. Purchasing a vehicle is a major investment, and customers deserve honest communication and reliable service. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage prospective buyers to consider alternative dealerships, especially if timely delivery and customer service are important factors in their decision. Keryon, my sales associate, was such a joy to work with during this whole process. I first met him when I came in for a test drive and later on discussed details of purchasing. It was like meeting with an old friend. Not once did I feel rushed, neglected, or pressured. His kindness and follow-up was a determining factor in my choice of dealership. Communication with Keryon was respectful, informative, honest and very comfortable. He followed up quickly with any questions or requests I had, let me know what he was actively working on, and even apologized for and kept me aware of any unanticipated delays. Morgan, the sales manager, made sure I was taken care of during this whole process. There was a brief unintended clerical error that she promptly corrected that inadvertently resulted in a misunderstanding on my part. It was dealt with in a respectable and non-judgmental manner to my benefit, without me requesting the offered solution. It was so refreshing to have a car dealership look out for my best interest. I met THE "Mazda Mike", general manager, who was very kind and personable. He took the time to get to know me and make sure all my questions were answered even though it was very busy at the dealership. Every employee that walked by offered a kind smile and asked if I needed anything while waiting comfortably at the dealership. I really felt genuinely "welcomed into the family". Germain Mazda of Columbus advertises the best price in Columbus. I can attest this is a true statement and not just a gimmick! I am absolutely enjoying my new Mazda CX-50 hybrid and all the features of the Premium plus trim-I highly recommend working with this dealership if you are in the market for a Mazda! More

The technician found the problem, it was a wire harness that wasn’t hooked up to the center console. He plugged it back in the control center worked. Put everything back together better than I had it. I went to pay and they didn’t charge me. I was so happy because that day that I took my car in was my birthday. I can’t express it enough on how happy I am with the service that I received. More

This is the third Mazda our family has purchased from this dealership and all three vehicles are still owned by us and have been trouble free. Even though Mike has moved up to new car manager he made time to visit with us while we were at Germaine Mazda. The sale rep Mike connected us with, Carlos, had been with Germaine for 8 years and he answered every question we had and treated us like his family. It was like Mike and Carlos wasn’t just selling us a car they listened to our questions and concerns and gave us answers they didn’t confuse or intimidate us. More

I bought a 2025 CX30 in July. First off they did the title wrong and it has my co-signers name on it and they are blaming the bank saying the bank required it. Spoke to the bank said nope the dealership didn’t have to do it that way. 2nd I paid $1000 extra for the ceramic (that I later found out already came in it) but if you pay the $1000 they will fix ANY chips. Oh ok great! Well a week after I got my car I got a chip. They scheduled to get it fix and then it got canceled. They never called me to reschedule. I called my salesman 3weeks later and he said he’d call me back! Do you think he has yet?!?! NOPE!!! How am I supposed to refer ppl here when after I bought the car I’ve been treated like this. Oh did I mention their title lady hung up on me twice and was supposed to call me too but never did. Come to find out she said “it’s not her job” when she was supposed to have new paperwork sent to me to sign for a new white title. Soooo how do I recommend ppl? After we’ve bought 3 cars here? And I’m the one that gets F’d More
