Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was feeling coerced to purchase "Etch." I had such a good experience at Spitzer Ford Dubois, LLC! Jaycen was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was knowledgable, personable, and very easy to talk with. His manager, Morgan, was also amazing. Mit Jaycen was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was knowledgable, personable, and very easy to talk with. His manager, Morgan, was also amazing. Mitchell in finance was also incredibly helpful. He was very thorough and made sure I understood every part of the process. I was given a great trade-in value for my car, and also a great price for the one I bought. I can't recommend Spitzer DuBois enough! More
