Great Experience I have purchased a few cars before from other dealerships and I appreciate that the experience was not the usual high-pressure sale. Mr. Ruben Cont I have purchased a few cars before from other dealerships and I appreciate that the experience was not the usual high-pressure sale. Mr. Ruben Contreras was very diligent in showing us multiple vehicles and was transparent about the features of the available cars. He was also very patient in allowing us to counter and thinks about offers. The rest of the staff was also pleasant and Mr. Selah did not trying to force additional costs during the contract signing portion of the visit. More

Excellent Customer Service Mr. Contreras and the Rick Case Acura staff are absolutely phenomenal. My wife and I were not subjected to any high pressure sales and Ruben took the Mr. Contreras and the Rick Case Acura staff are absolutely phenomenal. My wife and I were not subjected to any high pressure sales and Ruben took the time to show us multiple vehicles while the team ran numbers for both finances and leases. The staff was patient and thoughtful and now my wife is a proud owner of an Acura MDX. Because we had such an amazing experience today, it is my intention to trade in my current vehicle and join the Rick Case Acura family. More
