So, we went in for an oil change and made a decision to have an upgrade. Trading in an accent, we were offered 12k and test drove two SUV’s. In the beginning, our salesperson was great. Financing done, price was too high and we said “no”! That’s when the pressure built, Mo went as far as telling my wife and I that basically he couldn’t make ends meet if he couldn’t sell this car. It didn’t matter if we can actually afford it, we need to buy this car. So in the beginning we were promised a 250.00 gift card, they lied. We walked out frustrated and hungry…we did spend about 6.5 hours there. Thanks for keeping us, the customer in your best interest. Also, why have internet pricing when it’s off by 5-6K? It’s a hoax, a scam and market value pricing is a joke!! No one wants a Hyundai, it’s affordable and people drive what they can afford. Thanks for lying to us. It was a real pleasure. More

The”alleged” price advertised is $2,000 less than the actual price! If you scroll down three pages, it says that is the “cash price.” I say that this is unethical, and I told the sales manager that very actual price! Insulting offer on trade in and then shown a car with 4300 miles as new. I knew what I wanted and I explained this to Moe Shurafa. When I explained that I wanted a particular finance plan I was made to 4300 miles as new. I knew what I wanted and I explained this to Moe Shurafa. When I explained that I wanted a particular finance plan I was made to wait 39 minutes to be told it was not available. In 2 minutes of using my phone I showed Hyundai's website where it was very obviously available and after 20 minutes of arguing I was made to feel like an idiot that "of course that rate is available." They then did a hard credit check (2 other dealers were able to check my credit with soft checks). The price he was offering me included a mandatory $2000 protection plan and $1000 mystery fee, When asked about the 1K fee I was told that someone had to find the car and it covers that expense!?!?! The final price I was offered was $4000 over the price on their website and 6K over the price listed on Hyundai's website. After 2 hours of wasted time I went 30 miles south and purchased a NEW vehicle for $4000 less WITH 0% financing and was never badgered or insulted over the pricing. More

After years of buying here, my last 3 cars, plus one for my son..I will never buy here again. Way to lose a customer. After my mist recent purchase, i had to spend 5 hours and 31 calls to have a very simple question answered. 12 hang ups on me, the rest just sent in endless cycles of ringing. I even tried the on line chat, only instead of the answer i needed after giving the pertinent info was an email from a sakes rep to ask when i wanted to schedule a test drive. I finally got thru. To the most unbelievably rude finance man. It required about 120 seconds of his time, but his obnoxious rudeness was over the top. So my next 4 cars will not be from here More
