Awful experience. Bought a used vehicle with low mileage. The vehicle had several issues after leaving the dealership. I immediately had to take the vehicle to my loca Bought a used vehicle with low mileage. The vehicle had several issues after leaving the dealership. I immediately had to take the vehicle to my local Hyundai dealership to have these issues fixed. The sales manager was unprofessional and did not treat me the way you treat someone that drove 3 hours to purchase a vehicle. Total lack of courtesy. Their technicians claimed they did a multipoint inspection before the sale of the vehicle but it did not appear that was as it took me one day to point out several issues that should have been taken care of. I would not recommend anyone purchase a Hyundai from this dealer. Go somewhere where your business is appreciated. More

Buying this vehicle was by far the most frustrating experience for buying a car. After buying my car, the sun roof was broken and needed to be fixed. Because if this, I didn’t get to drive off the lot experience for buying a car. After buying my car, the sun roof was broken and needed to be fixed. Because if this, I didn’t get to drive off the lot the day I bought it. I was promised that I could pick it up the next day, the next day comes and it wasn’t ready. The communication was so awful that nobody even told me that my car was being sent to a shop in Houston. I was told that instead of putting the sunroof on the tracks that they would try to fix it. The only communication we received was when we would reach out and ask a million questions. Turns out, they ended up not fixing the sunroof after days of having it because I demanded that I get the car that I bought. When I received the car, the sunroof was out back in “place” but the whole top is all uneven. There was grease stains inside of my car where they had worked on the sunroof. The car was a mess on the inside, which I have pictures to prove. This whole car buying experience that was supposed to be an exciting time turned out to be very disappointing and stressful. Makes me never want to buy a car again. More

Everything is fine but I think there is room for improvement. Looks like service desk was short staffed when I arrived. I stood in front of their desks for about 15 minutes until someone helped me. improvement. Looks like service desk was short staffed when I arrived. I stood in front of their desks for about 15 minutes until someone helped me. I did have an appointment but everyone was so busy with their computer, phone calls or shuffling paper. Finally someone said we will be right with you. When I left all was good but someone left their empty red Gatorade in cup holder and a dirty napkin in my door handle. I appreciate your help and hope those guys get some more help. More

I appreciate Big Star. I barely had my car 2weeks and I got a chip in my windshield my salesman got my windshield fixed as well as my tint that had bubbled (Houston heat).
