Mo was fantastic, very professional and took care of everything for us so it was very much hassle-free with our trade-in. We went to buy a car with our two small kids with us and it was easier than I expected with a toddler and a preschooler. The front desk attendant gave them a coloring book and there was a waiting area with it was easier than I expected with a toddler and a preschooler.
