Great experience with the test drive - it was the only dealership that actually had an x1 I could test out (technically, it was a company car so it was super nice of them to let me drive it). OMG MOHAMED IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST AND HAVE PATIENCES OF A SAINT!! MOST SALES GUYS WOULD HAVE GIVEN UP ON ME AFTER THE FIRST TIME I SAID NO THAT DEAL WONT WORK FOR ME!! I had the pleasure of interacting with John Evans and several others from the sales team at one point or another during my purchase. If I dropped in to discuss an issue, John was always ready and willing several others from the sales team at one point or another during my purchase. If I dropped in to discuss an issue, John was always ready and willing to provide answers and discuss options. If he wasn’t around, his colleagues filled in and had no problem offering assistance. One of them (Mohamed) went so far as to walk me outside to the back of the lot to show me a feature I was considering, Another time, while waiting for John to finish with another customer, several of the sales team and I had a great discussion about paint protection and after-sale service. Everyone there is well informed, collegial and pleasant. This is the type of support a top-notch dealership ought to provide - and does. More
