Excellent dealership, our recent purchase was our second since 2018 from Town & Country. My husband purchased a Ram 1500 in 2018 and I just purchased a Grand Cherokee Altitude. Casondra is an absolute pleas since 2018 from Town & Country. My husband purchased a Ram 1500 in 2018 and I just purchased a Grand Cherokee Altitude. Casondra is an absolute pleasure to deal and has a gift for making the buying process easy. She asked what I was looking for I gave her my list of must haves and she helped me figure out what would work best for me with what I wanted. When I picked up my Jeep she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the features and helped me sync my phone and get started. We cant say enough good things about her and how comfortable she made us feel throughout the process. Monica in the finance department was amazing as well and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best rate possible and was comfortable with all the documents and numbers. Its been 20 years since I purchased a new vehicle and they made it alot easier to deal with. -Jeanine More
