Good cars, reasonable price only issue is there are so many sales people between a bunch of dealerships going back and forth that it’s confusing. Was told different things and given different prices right many sales people between a bunch of dealerships going back and forth that it’s confusing. Was told different things and given different prices right up to closing the deal. With better management this place would be great. As a final note, they try to force you to buy their own insurance instead of outside firms and are dishonest about what they’re doing. This could end up in a lawsuit. It’s basically a scam. More

I wind up purchasing the car I leased. After much I wind up purchasing the car I leased. After much confusion… I realized a few days after I got home that the plastic liner in the trunk was missing I wind up purchasing the car I leased. After much confusion… I realized a few days after I got home that the plastic liner in the trunk was missing when I leased the car it was there and it should’ve still been there and it’s not. There was also a scratch on the left side of the trunk which they just put some paint on it I don’t mind so much about that but I want the liner back in the trunk. I called the sales girl as she did not reply to me, I called her last Saturday and then again I called her Wednesday and left her messages she has not returned my call. The last time I did talk to her she said she didn’t know what happened to the liner and she was going to have to order a new one but she has not kept me updated and has not returned my last two phone calls . This is definitely not good customer service. This whole deal was one big mess but I’m not going into that right now I just want the liner to the trunk.! I really don’t like giving people a rating but when they don’t return your phone calls it’s just not right they need to let me know the status of the liner not keep me hanging. More
