So, when looking to trade in my Lincoln, I naturally looked to Bill Utter Ford for my replacement vehicle. In order to find the car that my son wanted, Craig Bowen had to complete a deale Bill Utter Ford is by far the best dealership experience I have had. In order to find the car that my son wanted, Craig Bowen had to complete a dealer trade. Well, when it arrived, I had given him the wrong information about the car and it was the wrong car (my fault). I felt horrible and was thinking of ways that we could accept this car, even though it wasn't what we were looking for. Craig then asked, "What car does your son want?", I told him and he said, without hesitation, "Then that's what we will get for him." And they did! My son loves the car and I was blown away by the level of service. Thank you Craig Bowen and Bill Utter Ford. You have a customer for life! More
