I am very happy!! Thanks Murray! I recently went to Elco Chevrolet to look for a new vehicle after an accident. I met a very nice salesman Murray Newton who helped me find my new car. I recently went to Elco Chevrolet to look for a new vehicle after an accident. I met a very nice salesman Murray Newton who helped me find my new car. I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle like I have at other car dealers. The first time I came in I just test drove a vehicle and left without one. I was not getting phone calls and emails everyday like I have at other dealerships to come back and buy a vehicle, which I greatly appreciate. When I was ready to purchase a vehicle I called Murray and he was ready and willing to help me find my vehicle. Thank you very much Murray!!! More

Couldn't be happier Great group of people to work with. Everyone is nice and they are really there for you. 110% Satisfied with Elco Chevrolet The team at Elco received info via the Internet in regard to what we were looking for and then responded almost immediately. They quickly found the exact vehicle we were searching for and within less then 24 hours made us a stellar deal. The actual time at the dealership was less than 3 hours. I believe the reason our salesman Murry Newton was able to to close this deal so quickly was because he listened to our requests and expertly knew the inventory at Elco. This was truly a no haggle experience. When we went to Finance, we were given several options and the F&I rep worked with us to get to a comfortable payment. It's nice to have a great car but stinks if you can't enjoy it because of the payments. We were COMPLETELY satisfied with our experience. The staff from the top down was amazing. Finally, I would like to complement Chevrolet for putting together such an OUTSTANDING vehicle. The 2016 Malibu Premier is a luxury vehicle at a mid-size sedan price. It has absolutely everything a driver could want. It is truly a unique driving experience all the way around. Comfort, safety, handling, technology all 100% spectacular. Great job Chevy! More

Reason people fear the new car buying experience.. Test drove a 2015 Silverado followed by the typical "what can we do to get you in this vehicle tonight" high pressure sales pitch where they ask you s Test drove a 2015 Silverado followed by the typical "what can we do to get you in this vehicle tonight" high pressure sales pitch where they ask you seven different ways to Sunday what they can do to get your business this evening no matter how much you insist they can't. Their initial offer on my trade in was very low, as expected; but they also said part of the value was in a rebate offered by Chevy which was a bit disingenuous and not true at all as confirmed by the two other dealerships I visited afterwards. Luckily, like any good consumer, I visited multiple dealerships and after the second dealership I visited (Lou Fusz), Elco doubled their offer to comp the second dealership. When the third dealership came in even higher (almost 3x Elco's inital offer) they said they they were at their max which I can understand. No complaints on their customer service and the salesman was prompt in all follow-up inquiries. Overall I would say do your homework and shop around, because if you are looking for the best deal out there, they most likely aren't it; if your more focused on customer service and willing to pay a bit more, I would say check them out. Again, I would also emphasize, check out a few other dealerships in the area as customer service is very difficult to differentiate on in this market with so many dealerships in the area I literally went from one dealership to the other in the matter of 15 minutes. One final piece of advise, is do a bit of homework before hand and understand what the incentives are in case they try and pull a fast one like mine did, and based on others feedback seems to be a rampant occurrence at this dealership. Finally, never take a dealership's first offer, real negotiation doesn't even start until you walk out that door and the more information you are armed with the better price you will be able to negotiate down to. Good talk. No follow thru I was looking to purchase a vehicle from one of two dealerships before the awesome promotions expired of GM products. I chose this dealership due to t I was looking to purchase a vehicle from one of two dealerships before the awesome promotions expired of GM products. I chose this dealership due to the hail sale they were having. I asked to confirm the pricing via email and was told I would get the best deal by coming in. Against my better judgement I did just that and was greeted by a warm and friendly sales person. After talking we discussed pricing was not as I originally thought as listed on the website. I attribute this to both the dealership smart placement of pricing and my own neglect of confirming pricing before going in. All in all, pricing went just about the range I came in with approval from my bank to buy on. I submitted an application to the dealership to obtain financing. My credit is decent, but the negative equity in my car is not so much. After waiting 3 hours to get to this point, I was told I wouldnhear something the next day. I did not. I emailed my sales rep. No response. I called my sales rep who mentioned he would check and call me back. No response. I waited until the next day and followed up with an email, no response. Next, a call, with a let me check and call you back. No call back. I received an email from a sales manager cort advertising the dealership and replied and received no response. I called my rep again and he indicated he would check and call me right back. What was the response? None. I followed up with a call directly to the finance person who indicated he was trying and asked him to ask my rep to call. No call yet. I emailed directly cort and to date, have not received a response. I explained this leaves a bad impression of the dealership especially when financing has not been denied! Even more so I lost out on thousands in rebates that were available thru GM had I chose to purchase elsewhere I say buyers beware. The sales team may seem concerned but review other posts. It's obvious they do not follow up with commitments to their customers and WHEN I purchase my new vehicle in 2-3 months it will definitely not be from ELCO! More

Exceptional Service!! Our initial dealing with Elco Chevrolet was on the phone with Murray Newton. He was very friendly and eager to help us find the perfect vehicle. Once we arrived at the dealership and the receptionist contacted him, he promptly came to us and told us he had tried to call us with a car he thought would fit what we were looking for. He promptly took us to his desk and pulled it up for us to look at. After some discussion of what we were looking for he showed us 2 different models. After test driving them we told him we preferred the Malibu over the Cruze and he said he would see what he could do to get us the car we preferred. He worked magic with the entire team involved with our trade all the way to finance and got the price of the car to one we were excited to see. Wonderful place to do business and will return when we are ready to purchase our next new vehicle. Thanks to Murray and the whole Elco team!! More
