Overall experience was great, they were not too pushy. I was disappointed that the extra extended warranty came up during signing of papers with the Finance person. I was expecting a pushy salesperson, but was pleasantly surprised with Nadeem: 1) Very knowledgeable about his products and other dealers' products. I was expecting a pushy salesperson, but was pleasantly surprised with his "teacher-like" salesmanship. He educated me in enlightening ways, showed me surprising benefits I didn't realize existed, and listened intently to my needs and wants and "guided" me into the right car without the slightest of pushiness. Knowledge was A++. 2) He followed through every step of the way. The process took 60 days to complete -- my car was stolen, and I had to wait 30 days for an insurance payout. Even though I had to wait a month for the payout, he said I wasn't wasting his time and that he would be happy to let me test drive any car. Even though I ended up custom ordering a car due to my wife wanting "THE" color, he didn't "push" me into having to buy something already on the lot. He had high patience with me. At first, I kept calling to see if my car was being shipped. Actually, I only called once -- he kept on calling me to keep me informed of the shipping status. Follow thru was A+. He even called me the very next day after I bought my Prius to ensure I was completely happy. 3) Price -- I told Nadeem up front that he'd be competing with two other dealers. After I was sure I wanted a Prius, I asked all 3 dealers to give me their best price -- Nadeem and Ulises were way below the other two. I even went back to the other two, and they said they couldn't beat Toyota of Naperville. Also, I feel like I got a deal, because it was below KBB.com's norm. Price was A+. 4) The cinch: for me, it's all about who you can trust. Nadeem and Ulises allowed me to test drive a used Prius for 3 days FOR FREE since I had to rent a car during the stolen period. Ulises said he's the kind of guy who wants to ensure I'm happy and that if I was disappointed with the purchase in any way (price, etc.) that he'd take the car back. Where I come from, that's pretty much unheard of - I was always told there would be an immediate 10%+ depreciation taking it off the lot, and for them to back up their product like that meant they were either stupid, or as I found out, were actually very smart. Trust factor = A+++ 5) Everyone there was very nice, very professional, and the coffee section was calming. Really a top notch experience. Nadeem and Ulises are good guys -- they're ethical, hard working (stayed till after close), listened, not pushy, educated, and nice. Ulises... 1) He was the manager that closed the deal. This is the seventh car I bought in my life and the first Toyota. I'm not extremely experienced, but I've been taken advantage of before, and I feel I did not get taken advantage of with him. Trust is A+. 2) Nissan and Hyundai sold me on the price, but when I went to sign, they offered me all sorts of stuff like rust proofing, car mats, etc. etc. After spending another grand or so I was told from a person that used to be a car salesman that I didn't really need any of that. I LOVE it that car mats were included, that they didn't insist and hard sell any extras, and that the price initially quoted was the actual price I paid. He didn't nickel and dime me with shipping costs or other bogus made up things - I trust him a lot for not upselling me. Trust is A+. 3) Like I said, I went to three dealers and he did indeed give me a competitive price instant one -- I didn't have to haggle (but I still did a little :) Fairness = A+. 4) He's a nice guy who stands by his product and hides nothing. Ethical = A+. Overall experience... From initial contact to closing the deal to obtaining financing from Mrs. Garafolo (sorry, can't remember her first name), everything was very professional and smooth. My wife and I had a great experience and we suggest you purchase a used or new car from Nadeem Mirza. Best part -- we have a great Prius v 5 in the clear sky color we wanted. Toyota Naperville is organized. The sales persons are knowledgeable. The service department is quick and friendly and also knowledgeable.
