Nader showed true interest in making the purchase experience as best as possible. Ray Furslew in finance was very transparent in costs and rebates applicable to my purchase. I cannot say enough positive qualities about both of them. No actual follow up car was ready sitting in the lot for some time and I had to approach the desk to check was told it will be checked in 5 min which was wrong waited 30 more min to the 2hours wait approach some time and I had to approach the desk to check was told it will be checked in 5 min which was wrong waited 30 more min to the 2hours wait approached the desk again and after checking for the second time as per my request I was told the car is ready which I knew that 2 hours ago. The right hand does not know what is the left hand is doing in this case. More
