Charis Winston, my salesman was EXTREMELY responsive by both phone and email, a great multitasker (he had 2 customers & I never felt neglected), listened to my needs and the most professional salesman I've both phone and email, a great multitasker (he had 2 customers & I never felt neglected), listened to my needs and the most professional salesman I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. Charis told us he is new to the industry and should be rewarded for his model worthy customer service. Lastly, the Sales Managers were ALL wonderful and the GM Gabriel was great to meet and interact with, he really made us feel welcomed and took the time after hours to converse at great length with us. Thank you for the great experience and even though we live almost an hour away, and pass another VW dealer.....we will be back! More

Do not buy from this dealership. Impossible to deal with, lazy, rude. Have not honored one thing they promised, and sold me a lemon. Even worse if you are a female, I watched a young Impossible to deal with, lazy, rude. Have not honored one thing they promised, and sold me a lemon. Even worse if you are a female, I watched a young woman get ignored and treated very poorly while there a week ago. I wish we had bought elsewhere. More
