Best vehicle buying experience my wife and I have ever experienced. We purchased two vehicles from Bozard Lincoln about a week apart. Mike Murdock was a pleasure to work with during the process. He w experienced. We purchased two vehicles from Bozard Lincoln about a week apart. Mike Murdock was a pleasure to work with during the process. He was professional, responsive and patient. On his day off, he would make sure another team member was available to show me the vehicle and answer all my questions. The team approach at Bozard works. They are all very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this dealership. More

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Kimberly Smith was great - I was originally coming in to purchase a Nautilus and after looking at it I knew it wouldn't have enough room i ever had. Kimberly Smith was great - I was originally coming in to purchase a Nautilus and after looking at it I knew it wouldn't have enough room in the back for my dog. She took me to see the Aviator and found the perfect one for me. She stayed late and went above and beyond what I have received from other dealers in past car purchases. I would 100% recommend Bozard Lincoln and the entire team I worked with. More

Worst Experience Ever buying a New $82,000 2020 F-250 Truck with After Market Parts! Hubby is on his 15th truck over the years(1st & last purchase from Bozard) - and this, by far, has been a disaster wit Truck with After Market Parts! Hubby is on his 15th truck over the years(1st & last purchase from Bozard) - and this, by far, has been a disaster with this dealership! Please message me for details as we have EVERY text message saved with the unprofessional responses from sales - even wanting my husband to call to check on when he could take ownership because sales was on vacation. They made my husband go down and write a separate check to the dealership before they would start working on the after market parts that was part of the sale (another 2+ week delay - Didn't trust us, yet we're trusting you to deliver? ) ! Ohh.. Got an email from Breanne Smith congratulating us on the new purchase and wanted to make sure everything was perfect to score a 5 on the Ford survey.... when he responded and expressed his concern, never another peep from Breanne. NOONE at this dealership takes ownership of any problems and they have excuses for everything that goes wrong! He also owns a 2019 F-350 Dually - and took it in for service for the 4th time this past week and even their service department is inept! On this last visit the tech (I believe his name was Nathan?) said "Sometimes you gotta swing & miss" because its had the same issue that they can't seem to fix- even after paying $800 on the initial visit, they still want to charge more and not own their mistake! My son had to walk out after that comment was made & said we'll take it elsewhere. SO MANY FORD DEALERSHIPS and so many offer great experiences... like @DuvalFord and @AutoNationFord. Do your homework. More
