I've been to a few Lexus Dealerships and there isn't one quite as welcoming as Northside. From the floor people to the salesmen to the finance people, all around a very smooth process. I can honestly say this was one of my best car buying experiences ever. We walked into the dealership just looking at cats after purchasing a maserati 5 days before coming in. After looking at the electric SUV on our way out we were greeted by Nathan. Although they were closing he took his time to answer a few questions that we had. We were met immediately upon entering the dealership. We said we were looking for John and he appeared quickly. He indicated that he had an appointment but would get his brother Nathan to help. Both w We said we were looking for John and he appeared quickly. He indicated that he had an appointment but would get his brother Nathan to help. Both were friendly, courteous and helpful. We quickly found a car we liked. He helped us with the military discount and walked us through the new technology in the car. Jeff (?, the finance guy) gave quick unbiased explanations for the various financing and warranty options. All in all a very positive experience. We are previous Lexus owners so were not surprised but were pleased it was still part of the brand. More

What can I say? They gave me the wrong car on a lease. Luckily they had another one just like it. The mistake would have not been so upsetting had we simply been ab They gave me the wrong car on a lease. Luckily they had another one just like it. The mistake would have not been so upsetting had we simply been able to switch cars. However, Marcus, the finance person, insisted he could fix the situation by including a statement to the contract and supporting documents stating the correct VIN number. I explained to him that I could see problems ahead at the DMV and at Lexus Finance. He continued to argue with me over several phones calls spanning 2 hours. I finally told him either I get the Lexus with the VIN matching my paperwork or we get all the funds back whereupon we would just walk away. Marcus agreed to the car switch at that point. We took the car with the wrong VIN back the next day and the switch went smoothly. I was not happy with Marcus continually putting me on the defensive over the whole situation as none of it was remotely my fault. Nathan, the salesman, offered me free Lexus cups for my “inconvenience” but I declined as the cups could in no way make up for the hours of stress dealing with this issue. I will get my service at Northside Lexus when convenient, but will not lease/buy another car from them as they do not provide an experience I have come to expect from Lexus. More

My first time at Northside Lexus was this past Saturday, 30 minutes before closing. Nathan was absolutely wonderful. He did not rush us and was very informative. He was never pushy like I've experienced at 30 minutes before closing. Nathan was absolutely wonderful. He did not rush us and was very informative. He was never pushy like I've experienced at other dealerships. I came back the following Tuesday and purchased a vehicle from Nathan. Painless experience all around.
